Cancelation Policy

FEES FOR NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS No-Show Fees: Anytime you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without giving appropriate 24 hour prior notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full price for your scheduled appointment. The payment will and will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Because services are paid at the time of scheduling no additional payment for the rebooking is needed as long as you rebook directly through Deidre Sanford at contactme@deidrelsanford.com or by calling 630.506.8381. ALL SERVICES BOOKED VIA WEBSITE MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF SCHEDULING. You may apply the pre-paid fee to your re-scheduled appointment. Late Cancellation Fees: Specific to RCT only - Any session that is missed by canceling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50.00 fee which must be paid prior to rescheduling. You will be charged even if the cancellation is work related and even if you rescheduled the appointment. The credit card information you previously provided will be used to process this payment. By providing us with your credit card information or booking an appointment, you consent to this policy.
