The first Equinox Expo by Deidre & Friends will take place in Joliet, IL on Saturday, September 20, 2025. This event will feature all types of holistic exhibitors, including: energy workers, holistic-minded therapists, massage and body workers, local artists & artisans, readers, and so much more!
Think of it as a boutique market for the spiritually inclined.

Here's what to know before you apply:
Load in: Saturday, September 20 9:00 AM via side garage door
Event Hours: 11 AM – 5 PM
**All vendors must be loaded out by 6:00 PM 9/20/25**
***We may have a few load-in hours mid-day Friday, September 19th**
Booth/Vendor Information
In order to keep our fees affordable, all Exhibitors are required to provide their own table, floor length table covers, and chairs (please consider the use of white table coverings) Booths will be approximately 10’ X 10’

Vendor fee is $125 per booth

Should you require an additional booth space please specify requirements during the application process

Any tables, banners, or signs exhibitors choose to bring must not encroach on other exhibitors’ spaces and must have floor-length tablecloths. Signs and banners will not be affixed to walls in any way per venue contract.

Practitioners with whom we have not previously worked may be requested to donate a mini-session to us for each service they would like to offer festival attendees as part of the interview process. We feel it is best to experience firsthand what they would like to offer to festival attendees, as it allows us to make better recommendations to festival attendees.

Exhibit space and speaking opportunities are at the Expo sponsor’s complete discretion.
After the Expo’s application period (1-2 weeks), exhibitors are selected from the pool of applicants to fill exhibitor spaces. Remaining applicants are placed on a waiting list. However, we do give preference to local exhibitors as it is our intent to help build the healing community in the area where the event is held.
PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are due no later than 7 days after you been approved.

Failure to pay by the deadline may result in your exhibitor booth space being cancelled. This will require you to re-apply if you are still interested in exhibiting. In addition, exhibitors who fail to pay by the deadline for any event may receive lower priority at future events.

Email reminders for payments will be sent 1 day prior to the payment deadline.
A FINAL NOTE:
It is our mission to hold events of the highest quality. We expect our exhibitors to behave with the utmost integrity. We will not tolerate any type of energy manipulation or actions with negative intent in any way at our events. It is our mission to serve the community and each other with the purest energy of light and love. If we suspect an exhibitor is not holding to the standard we have set here, that exhibitor may be released from our approved exhibitor list.
